Built in 1894, Aceo’s historic house sits in the grounds of the now silent distillery in Dufftown. Our Whisky Creations Team regularly gather here to sample casks for our superb range of Scotch whiskies, including this fine single malt Parkmore Selection.

Artfully Matured In Madeira Casks

When producing fine Scotch whisky, the maturation process is one of the most important factors in creating the individual character of each whisky expression. By further maturing this rich, nutty single malt whisky in sweet, fruity Madeira wine barriques, we’ve created an elegant harmony between spirit and oak, resulting in a charismatic dram to sip, savour and enjoy!

TRY OUR COCKTAILS

Parkmore Breeze

• 60ml Parkmore Selection
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• Lemon Wedges
• Mint Leaves
• Ice
• Lemonade to fill

Muddle 4-5 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Pour in the Parkmore Selection and the syrup. Strain over ice and lemon wedges, then top up the glass with lemonade. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Scotch Bonfire

• 50ml Parkmore Selection
• 25ml Cranberry syrup
• 100ml Ginger ale
• 10ml Fresh lime juice
• Lime wedges
• 3-4 Ice Cubes

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the Parkmore, syrup and lime juice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and lime wedges, and top with ginger ale.

Woodland Fizz

• 50ml Parkmore Selection
• 50ml Tonic water
• 20ml Lime juice
• 40ml Blackberry syrup
• Blackberries
• Lemon

To make the syrup – cook equal parts blackberries, sugar and water on the stove for 10 minutes, leave to cool then strain. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add the Parkmore Selection, syrup and juice and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass filled with ice, top with the tonic water and garnish with lemon and fresh blackberries.
