In this limited Island Peat Edition, we celebrate a different, more gentle side of Smoky Scot. The heather-rich peat of Orkney imparts a distinctive style of smoke: fragrant, floral and gently earthy. It drifts greacefully through the spirit, enriching every sip with depth and character, while allowing the honeyed sweetness, fruit and spice notes to shine.
