Scotch WhiskyÂ
Our expanding portfolio of Scotch whisky has been curated to satisfy experienced whisky fanatics, newcomers to the drink, and creative mixologists. Our blends have been made to capture the vast and varied characteristics found amongst the Scottish regions, ranging from the light and floral styles of the Highlands, to Islay’s heavily peated malts.
London Dry Gin
Gin has proven to grow at an unstoppable pace within the market and shows no sign of slowing. Either a perfect addition to any mixologist’s arsenal, or a refreshing and exuberant pairing with a chilled glass of tonic, you can be sure that our gin will provide an unquestionably satisfying taste to remember.
Rum
More and more of the market is warming to this fantastic spirit, with rum being presented more in a similar prestige to single malt whisky. With well-matured single cask rums offering drams full of intricate character and depth, through to young, vibrant rums ideal for cocktails, this is indeed an exciting time for rum.
Irish Whiskey
After making our mark within the Scotch whisky industry, we are excited to branch out to its cousins – spelt slightly differently but no less enjoyable! We believe Irish whiskey can stand alongside its Scottish cousins in terms of prestige and quality. Our whiskey is very versatile and will pair effortlessly with mixers as well as provide a foundation to more intricate cocktails.
